My name is Kyle Gordon, and I've been working with computers and networks for over 15 years now.
Ranging from building home computers to moving and rebuilding datacenters, I have experience of almost every facet of information technology. Whether this is an advantage or disadvantage is up to you!
My personal life with respect to computers seems to revolved around making things work together. Making the games console talk to the server full of music and movies, whilst also making the lights come on when the camera watching the driveway senses motion. It all has to talk together, and do so safely.
I have more experience than I care to think of with Linux and Windows. I am a big fan of open source and free software (Ubuntu, OpenOffice, Firefox, etc), but I also value the support and safety that non-free software (ie, Microsoft, Adobe, et al) gives. I can advice on most types and variants, and help get the best deal for your money.
